Vi beskriver en platform, der udnytter et bibliotek af isogene antibiotikaresistente Escherichia coli til dereplication af antibiotika. Identiteten af et antibiotikum produceret af bakterier eller svampe kan udledes af væksten af E. coli udtrykker sin respektive resistens gen. Denne platform er økonomisk effektiv og tidsbesparende.
