Hier is een protocol voor het opsporen van macrofaag extracellulaire trap (met) productie in levende celcultuur met behulp van microscopie en fluorescentie kleuring. Dit protocol kan verder worden uitgebreid om specifieke MET eiwit markers te onderzoeken door immunofluorescentie kleuring.
