Die kovalente Befestigung von Sondenmolekülen an aatomaren Kraftmikroskopie(AFM)-Auslegerspitzen ist eine wesentliche Technik für die Untersuchung ihrer physikalischen Eigenschaften. So können wir die Dehnkraft, Desorptionskraft und Länge von Polymeren über die AFM-basierte Einzelmolekülkraftspektroskopie mit hoher Reproduzierbarkeit bestimmen.
