Här presenterar vi ett protokoll för att bedöma om olika typer av tysta cerebrovaskulära skador är differentiellt associerade med underskott i vissa kognitiva domäner i en kohort av 398 hypertensive äldre kinesiska, med hjälp av en kombination av neuropsykologiska tester och multi-sequence 3T MRI skanning.
