نقدم نموذج مرض الأوعية الدموية في المختبر للتحقيق في تفاعلات الدم بالكامل مع الـ endothelium المشتق من المريض. يسمح هذا النظام بدراسة خصائص المخثّات المخيّخة للخلايا البطانية الأولية في ظل ظروف مختلفة. وهذه الطريقة مناسبة بشكل خاص لتقييم التجلط الموضعي والعلاج من التخثر خلال مراحل مختلفة من التخثر.
