Een protocol voor het bestuderen van FcγRIIIa-gedreven gebeurtenissen door therapeutische antilichamen in menselijke natural killer cellen wordt hier beschreven. Dit kunstmatige stimulatieplatform maakt het mogelijk om stroomafwaartse effectorfuncties te onderzoeken, zoals degranulatie, chemokine / cytokineproductie en signaalroutes gemedieerd door de FcγRIIIa- en Fc-delen van antilichamen die betrokken zijn bij binding.
