Botmetastasemodellen ontwikkelen metastase niet uniform of met een 100% incidentie. Directe intra-osseuze tumorcelinjectie kan leiden tot embolisatie van de long. We presenteren onze techniek voor het modelleren van primaire bottumoren en botmetastase met behulp van solide tumortransplantaatimplantatie in bot, wat leidt tot reproduceerbare transplantatie en groei.
