Exosoom toepassing is een opkomende tool voor de ontwikkeling van geneesmiddelen en regeneratieve geneeskunde. We stellen een exosoom isolatieprotocol op met een hoge zuiverheid om exosomen te isoleren van nieuw geïdentificeerde stamcellen genaamd CB-SC voor mechanistische studies. We cocultuur cb-sc-afgeleide exosomen met menselijke monocyten, wat leidt tot hun differentiatie in fenotypically verschillende macrofagen.
