Hier wordt een protocol gepresenteerd voor eencellige elektroporatie dat genen kan leveren in zowel excitatory als remmende neuronen in een reeks in vitro hippocampale slice-cultuurleeftijden. Onze aanpak zorgt voor een nauwkeurige en efficiënte expressie van genen in individuele cellen, die kunnen worden gebruikt om cel-autonome en intercellulaire functies te onderzoeken.
