Här presenterar vi en enkel och effektiv metod för att isolera levande meiotiska och post-meiotiska könsceller från vuxna mustestes. Med hjälp av en lågcyttoxicitet, violett-upphetsad DNA bindande färgämne och fluorescens-aktiverad cell sortering, kan man isolera högberikad spermatogenic cell populationer för många nedströms applikationer.
