Ce protocole vise à transplanter un patch bioimprimé 3D sur l’épicardium de souris infarctus modélisant l’insuffisance cardiaque. Il comprend des détails concernant l’anesthésie, l’ouverture chirurgicale de coffre, la ligature permanente de l’artère coronaire antérieure descendante gauche (LAD) et l’application d’un patch bioimprimé sur la zone infarctus du coeur.
