Pancreassap is een kostbare bron van biomarkers voor menselijke alvleesklierkanker. We beschrijven hier een methode voor intraoperatieve incassoprocedure. Om de uitdaging van het aannemen van deze procedure in muizenmodellen te overwinnen, stellen we een alternatief monster voor, tumor interstitiële vloeistof, en beschrijven we hier twee protocollen voor de isolatie ervan.
