Das Ziel dieses Artikels ist es, dem Betrachter ein solides Verständnis dafür zu vermitteln, wie sein kleinvolumiges Dampfdiffusionsprotokoll für die Züchtung großer, einzelner Proteinkristalle in eine großvolumige Batch-Mikrokristallisationsmethode für die serielle Kristallographie umgewandelt werden kann.
