Het algemene doel van de huidige studie is om de technieken van inductie van myocardinfarct (MI) en post-myocardinfarct hartfalen (post-MI HF) in gesloten borst, volwassen Göttingen minipigs en de karakterisering van post-MI HF model in Göttingen minipigs in vergelijking met Landrace varkens te presenteren.
