I denne publikasjonen beskriver vi protokoller for vurdering av luftveismukociliær clearance (MCC) hos mus in vivo ved hjelp av dual-modalitet radionuklidavbildning. Denne protokollen er utformet for en enkelt fotonutslipps computertomografi (SPECT) og computertomografi (CT) oppkjøpsprotokoll ved hjelp av mus hele kroppen (MWB) collimators i et dobbelt SPECT / CT-system.
