Patofysiologiske endringer i hjerte autonominervesystemet, spesielt i sin sympatiske gren, bidrar til utbruddet og vedlikehold av ventrikulære arytmier. I den nåværende protokollen viser vi hvordan man karakteriserer murine stellate ganglia for å forbedre forståelsen av de underliggende molekylære og cellulære prosessene.
