Présenté ici est un protocole de micro-injection d’embryon Helicoverpa armigera (Hübner) et d’identification de mutant knockout créé par l’édition du génome CRISPR / Cas9. Les insectes mutants permettent de poursuivre les recherches sur la fonction des gènes et l’interaction entre différents gènes in vivo.
