Este protocolo describe la configuración de un biorreactor de RMN para mantener viables las células humanas encapsuladas durante un máximo de 72 h, seguido de la adquisición y el análisis de datos de RMN en las células resueltos en el tiempo. La metodología se aplica para monitorizar las interacciones proteína-ligando intracelular en tiempo real.
