Aqui, apresentamos um método para expandir o natural killer do sangue periférico (PBNK), células NK de tecidos hepáticos e células do receptor de antígeno quimérico (CAR)-NK derivadas de células mononucleares do sangue periférico (PBMCs) ou sangue do cordão umbilical (CB).
