Diese Arbeit zielt darauf ab, ein Protokoll für die Isolierung und Kultur von primären krebsassoziierten Fibroblasten aus einem syngenen murinen Modell von dreifach negativem Brustkrebs und deren Anwendung für die präklinische Untersuchung neuartiger Nanopartikel bereitzustellen, die auf die Tumormikroumgebung abzielen.
