Vorgestellt wird ein Protokoll für die Expansion von Gamma-Delta (γδ) T-Zell-Arzneimittel. Lymphozyten werden durch Elutriation isoliert und γδ-angereichert mit Zoledronsäure und Interleukin-2. Alpha-Beta-T-Zellen werden mit einem magnetischen Trenngerät in klinischer Qualität erschöpft. Die γδ-Zellen werden mit K562-abgeleiteten, künstlichen Antigen-präsentierenden Zellen ko-kultiviert und expandiert.
