Nous fournissons ici un protocole pour le dépistage des facteurs de transcription potentiels impliqués dans le développement de cellules dendritiques (DC) en utilisant la transduction lentivirale de l’ARNh pour obtenir des lignées cellulaires knockdown stables pour la différenciation DC in vitro .
