Detta protokoll beskriver en metod för isolering av neutrofiler från helblod, buffy coats eller leukapheresis membran, uppnå god avkastning, hög renhet och minimal cellaktivering. Vi använder gradientrening, röda blodkroppar (RBC) sedimentering och RBC lys för att erhålla en högkvalitativ / renhet neutrophil beredning.
