Her præsenterer vi en protokol baseret på melorme (Tenebrio molitor)-agn system, der blev brugt til at isolere og vælge entomopathogene svampe (EPF) fra jordprøver. En effektiv conidia nummer (ECN) formel bruges til at vælge høj stresstolerant EPF baseret på fysiologiske egenskaber for skadedyr mikrobiel kontrol i marken.
