I denna studie presenterar vi ett effektivt och reproducerbart protokoll för att isolera immunpopulationerna i murin andningsorganen. Vi tillhandahåller också en metod för identifiering av alla medfödda och adaptiva immunceller som finns i lungorna hos friska möss, med hjälp av en 9-färgbaserad flödescytometripanel.
