Es wird ein Verfahren der intraduktalen Injektion von Reagenzien für eine ethanolbasierte ablative Lösung in den maktalen Brustbaum der Maus zur In-vivo-Bildgebung und Brustkrebsprävention beschrieben. Die Injektion direkt in die Brustwarzenöffnung ermöglicht das Targeting von Brustepithelzellen mit minimalen Kollateralschäden.
