Vasculaire reacties van arteriële pulmonale circulatie kunnen worden onderzocht met behulp van intrapulmonale slagader (IPA) en vasculaire gladde spiercellen (VSMC's). De huidige studie beschrijft de isolatie van IPA in detail en de protocollen die worden gebruikt voor het onderzoeken van vasorelaxatie als reactie op fysiologische stimuli.
