Ce protocole décrit comment obtenir des images en combinant l’hybridation in situ et l’immunohistochimie de coupes embryonnaires de poisson-zèbre. L’hybridation in situ a été réalisée avant la cryosection, suivie d’une coloration des anticorps. Il est utile de détecter les schémas d’expression de deux gènes chez le poisson zèbre s’il y a une pénurie d’anticorps.
