Hier presenteren we een protocol om orthotopische hepatocellulaire carcinoom xenografts met en zonder ligatie van de leverslagader te creëren en niet-invasieve positronemissietomografie (PET) beeldvorming van tumorhypoxie uit te voeren met behulp van [18 F] Fluoromisonidazol ([18 F] FMISO) en [18 F] Fluorodeoxyglucose ([18F] FDG).
