Hjärnmetastaser är en orsak till svår sjuklighet och dödlighet hos cancerpatienter. De flesta hjärnmetastaseringsmusmodeller kompliceras av systemiska metastaser som förvirrar analys av dödlighet och terapeutiska interventionsresultat. Här presenteras ett protokoll för intern karotisinjektion av cancerceller som producerar konsekventa intrakraniella tumörer med minimala systemiska tumörer.
