Cet article présente un protocole pour la microdissection oculaire chez les rongeurs. Le processus implique l’énucléation du globe oculaire avec la membrane nictitante (c’est-à-dire la troisième paupière). Ceci est ensuite suivi par la séparation des cupules postérieures et antérieures.
