Denne studien benyttet avanserte informatikkteknikker for å sammenligne prosedyrevarighet hos pasienter som gjennomgår radiofrekvensatriell ablasjon behandlet med aktiv esophageal kjøling til de som ble behandlet med tradisjonell luminal esophageal temperaturovervåking. Kontekstuell forespørsel, arbeidsflytanalyse og datakartlegging ble benyttet. Funnene viste redusert prosedyretid og variabilitet med aktiv nedkjøling.
