Sistemas CRISPR-Cas e proteínas anti-CRISPR foram integrados ao esquema de portões booleanos em Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Os novos circuitos lógicos pequenos mostraram bom desempenho e aprofundaram a compreensão dos fatores de transcrição baseados em dCas9/dCas12a e das propriedades das proteínas anti-CRISPR.
