La ligature partielle du nerf sciatique induit une douleur neuropathique chronique de longue durée, caractérisée par des réponses exagérées aux stimuli thermiques et mécaniques. Ce modèle murin de douleur neuropathique est couramment utilisé pour étudier des thérapies innovantes pour la gestion de la douleur. Cet article décrit en détail l’intervention chirurgicale pour améliorer la standardisation et la reproductibilité.
