Este protocolo describe el modelo de transposición del neuroma tibial, que implica una lesión del nervio tibial con posterior transposición del extremo del nervio proximal hacia una posición subcutánea pretibial o lateral. Las pruebas conductuales del dolor neuroma y la hiperalgesia plantar se cuantifican utilizando monofilamentos de Von Frey.
