El protocolo presentado aquí muestra la síntesis de un fuerte adhesivo de gelatina de hidrogel o-nitrosobenzaldehído (gelatina-NB). La gelatina-NB tiene una capacidad de adhesión tisular rápida y eficiente, que puede formar una fuerte barrera física para proteger las superficies de las heridas, por lo que se espera que se aplique al campo de la biotecnología de reparación de lesiones.
