Este trabajo presenta un protocolo detallado de planificación quirúrgica utilizando tecnología 3D con software gratuito de código abierto. Este protocolo se puede utilizar para cuantificar correctamente la anteversión femoral y simular la osteotomía femoral proximal desrotacional para el tratamiento del dolor anterior de rodilla.
