Viene presentato un protocollo per l'isolamento e l'arricchimento conveniente e ad alto rendimento dei tricomi ghiandolari e sessili da Cannabis sativa. Il protocollo si basa su un'estrazione secca e non tampone di tricomi utilizzando solo azoto liquido, ghiaccio secco e setacci di nylon ed è adatto per l'estrazione dell'RNA e l'analisi trascrittomica.
