Denne protokollen beskriver en metode for å etablere en musemodell av silikose gjennom gjentatt eksponering for silikasuspensjoner via et nesedrypp. Denne modellen kan effektivt, praktisk og fleksibelt etterligne den patologiske prosessen med human silikose med høy repeterbarhet og økonomi.
