Den nåværende protokollen beskriver oktanolassistert liposommontering (OLA), en mikrofluidisk teknikk for å generere biokompatible liposomer. OLA produserer monodispergerte liposomer i mikronstørrelse med effektiv innkapsling, noe som muliggjør umiddelbar eksperimentering på brikken. Denne protokollen forventes å være spesielt egnet for syntetisk biologi og syntetisk celleforskning.
