Dit protocol heeft tot doel SARS-CoV-2-RNA in afvalwater- en luchtmonsters te kwantificeren voor gebruik voor epidemiologische studies op basis van afvalwater en om het blootstellingsrisico aan SARS-CoV-2 in aerosolen binnen en buiten te beoordelen. Dit protocol beschrijft ook een betegelde amplicon long-template sequencing-benadering voor de karakterisering van het hele genoom van SARS-CoV-2.
