Questo protocollo descrive in dettaglio l'arricchimento di vescicole extracellulari micobatteriche native (mEV) da colture axeniche di Mycobacterium smegmatis (Msm) e come possono essere progettate e arricchite le MsmEV ricombinanti contenenti mCherry (un reporter fluorescente rosso). Infine, verifica il nuovo approccio con l'arricchimento di MsmEVs contenenti la proteina EsxA di Mycobacterium tuberculosis.
