Hier stellen we een protocol voor intratracheale lipopolysaccharide (LPS) levering via niet-invasieve orofaryngeale endotracheale intubatie. Deze methode minimaliseert het trauma van de chirurgische procedure voor het dier en levert LPS nauwkeurig af aan de luchtpijp en vervolgens aan de longen.
