In dieser Arbeit schlagen wir ein Protokoll für die intratracheale Lipopolysaccharid-Abgabe (LPS) mittels nicht-invasiver oropharyngealer endotrachealer Intubation vor. Diese Methode minimiert das Trauma des chirurgischen Eingriffs für das Tier und gibt LPS genau in die Luftröhre und dann in die Lunge ab.
