Neurale inductie is de eerste stap in de vorming van de hersenen. Het is een mechanisme waarmee Hensen's node (organisator), instrueert aangrenzend weefsel aan te nemen een neurale lot, dat wil zeggen om aanleiding te geven aan het zenuwstelsel.
