De hechting van bloedplaatjes cascade vindt plaats in het bijzijn van shear flow, een factor niet goed voor in conventionele (statisch) goed-plaat assays. In dit artikel wordt verslag gedaan van een bloedplaatjes-aggregatie assay gebruik maakt van een microfluïdisch goed plaat formaat om fysiologische afschuifstroming omstandigheden na te bootsen.
