Een methode voor het isoleren van specifieke celtypen uit plantaardig materiaal wordt gedemonstreerd. Deze techniek maakt gebruik van transgene marker lijnen uitdrukken fluorescerende eiwitten in het bijzonder celtypen, cellulaire dissociatie en fluorescentie geactiveerde cel sortering. Daarnaast wordt een groei setup hier vast te staan dat vergemakkelijkt de behandeling van<em> Arabidopsis thaliana</em> Zaailingen voorafgaand aan de cell sorting.
