We beschrijven het gebruik van een muis ES-cel-gebaseerde test kritische tijdvensters voor de Wnt / β-catenine en BMP signaal activering tijdens cardiogene inductie te identificeren. De methode biedt een gestandaardiseerd platform dat betrouwbaar kwantificeert cardiogene efficiëntie, en het is van toepassing op de studie van andere cellijnen.
