A ohne Linsen auskommt, On-Chip-Fluoreszenz-Mikroskopie-Plattform wird gezeigt, dass kann image fluoreszierende Objekte über einen ultra-wide field-of-view von z. B.> 0,6-8 cm2 mit <4 &mgr; m Auflösung mit einem Druck-Sampling-Basis Decodieralgorithmus. Eine solche kompakte und wide-field fluoreszierenden On-Chip-Bildgebungsverfahren könnte wertvoll für High-Throughput-Zytometrie, seltene Zellen Forschungs-und Microarray-Analyse.
