Protokoller til kimcelle transplantation og testikel væv xenografting er beskrevet. Kønsceller celletransplantation resulterer i donor-afledt spermatogenesen i modtagerlandene testikler og repræsenterer et funktionelt rekonstituering analyse til identifikation af spermatogonial stamceller (SSC'er).
